• how does the business work, how does the work we do drive business value, are we autonomous, are we aligned around systematically prioritizing learning and growth etc
• metrics / north star framing may be a little too rigid for me (hard to define)
• i like "the outcome is learning" piece
• and then the final litmus test for effective teams
  • "What should I be spending my time on today?"
  • "How does my work drive value for our business?"
  • "What am I learning that could change our direction?"
