Cursor IDE rules for various languages and tasks

Cursor is a supercharged IDE (VSCode fork, but AI-native). You can define rules when using the IDE, basically system instructions for the underlying models. This is a useful way to distill best practices for various languages and tasks. Quite a nice thought experiement to actually encode tacit knowledge into something actionable.
